Mints & Gums

Stay away from all mints and gum on P2.  They are deceiving because many are "sugar-free" but these can stimulate the digestive cycle and cause undue hunger or alter the process instigated by Spray It Away.

For fresher breath – some have chosen to chew on cinnamon bark or cloves. Others use mouthwash. Parsley works too.
