Goal Reached Early

Congratulations if you have reached your ideal body weight early!!! So now
what do you do?
If you have completed a minimum 21 days on the spray & you are content with your weight
loss – continue on to Phase 3.
If you have not reached the minimum of 21 days on the spray but have reached
your goal – stay on the spray however; increase your calories so that you do
not lose any more weight until you have completed the 21 days. Your increased
calories should come from protein ONLY!!
On your 21st day, mark your weight in the morning as your LSW (Last Spray
Weight). This is the weight you will use to calculate Phase 3.
