Gain Before You Lose


Phase 1 is a very important phase.  During this phase you MUST eat to capacity for 2 days before starting on the spray regardless of how much weight you may gain in the process. You will have a difficult time adjusting to the Phase 2 diet unless your normal fat reserves are reasonably well stocked. It is for this reason also that you must eat to capacity the most fattening food you can get down during the entire Phase 1.

Most people who have been struggling with diets for years and know how rapidly they gain if they let themselves go are very hard to convince of the absolute necessity of gorging for at least two days, but it is essential. Many of you will gain several pounds but rest assured that it is usually lost in the first 48 hours of Phase 2.

In Phase 1 eat regularly throughout the 2 days foods such as:

avocados
bacon
breads
burgers
butter
candy
chips
cheese
chocolate

cream sauces
eggs
fried and battered items
ice cream
jams
mayonnaise
meats
nut butters
nuts & seeds

olive oil
pastries
pizza
real cream
salmon
sugar
whipped cream

 

On the night of your last load day, just before you go to bed, spray for the first time to allow Spray It Away to begin working its way into your system.
