Back-To-Back-Rounds

Are you thinking of possibly doing back to back rounds to get your weight off faster?

You Must FOLLOW PROTOCOL! You may repeat Phase 1-4 as often as you wish but you MUST NOT extend Phase 2 beyond 50 days without stopping to do Phases 3 & 4.

Your body needs the time in between to reset, reset and replenish.
