A Healthy Load

The goal of Phase 1 is to load up your normal fat stores so that you will not be hungry during the first week of this protocol. It is extremely important to do it and do it well by eating lots of healthy fats.
Most people choose to chow down everything they will miss on their Phase 2 journey but remember, you are trying to build up the normal fat stores that will stay in your body during Phase 2 and after. Therefore, you will want to build with healthy fats not just the bad fats.

Some healthy fat choices:

  • Avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Coconut oil
  • Nuts & seeds
  • Fish 
  • Nut butters
  • Real cream
